Stand or sit or lay down before you start moving and place your hands over your lower belly, hips or butt. Take a moment to breathe into this area, and imagine it having energetic roots that extend through the lower half of your body into the ground beneath you.
Then, play some music that will really make you move and begin, allowing your belly/hips/butt to lead the way. Lean your back against a wall or the floor if you want to feel your back body even more.
